Updating Exchange Credentials (iOS 18+)
If your Microsoft Exchange account prompts for a password or fails to sync, use this specific path to re-authenticate:
- Open Settings: Tap the Settings icon on your Home Screen.
- Navigate to Mail Accounts:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the main menu and tap Apps.
- Find and tap Mail.
- Tap Mail Accounts at the top of the menu.
- Select Exchange: Tap on your Exchange account from the list.
- Re-enter Password:
- If the account is already flagging a credential error, a blue "Re-enter Password" link will appear at the top.
- Tap this link to open the official Microsoft Sign-in window.
- Authenticate:
- Enter your current password and complete any Microsoft Authenticator or MFA prompts required by your organization.
- Verify Sync:
- Ensure Mail, Contacts, and Calendars are toggled ON.
- Open the Mail app and swipe down to refresh; your folders should begin populating immediately.
